Suffice to say ........ I 'dipped my toe into the water' some years back.
I believed it was a discounted fee of close to £60 ......... over the 3 months following - I was fleeced by almost a further £300 !
So take care people ....... STAY AWAY from these parasitic bassas !

If my primary objective is to develop players and improve them all, surely the successful candidate must have experience in delivering this? You can’t claim to be able to deliver this if you have no record in doing so?

Admittedly, that doesn’t have to be as a Head Coach, but you still have to have vast experience as a coach, right?

 

Interestingly in the published criteria for the Doncaster job one of the requirements is for a proven record of youth development. Wouldn’t that rule Stuart out.

Didn’t McCall have a good record when coaching at Sheffield United, under Warnock? I can’t say I observed his record at Motherwell that closely (you obviously did) to know if he developed young players there or not.

I’d like Hopkin from a realistic point of view. Worked wonders in Scotland and is used to management more compared to some of the other names. Won’t be bothered by the budget and still wants to make a name in the game for himself.

Not much else is that inspiring.
