I'm not sure fans who have bought early would have expect any sort of preference, of course its not hard just that it's so unnecessary, I think there pulling your chain.

I'd be surprised if it was much more than a couple of thousands, so if it was a max of 6,000 attending home games I wouldn't have a problem with those early birds getting first dibs.
I believe I've seen a face mask in City's colours, I'll try and dig it out.

City face masks have been available to order for over a month now, not sure if they have been delivered yet

How's it unnecessary? It so is necessary.

    1) More than likely the price point for next season has changed.
    2) Some might say that Season Ticket holders are more valuable holders, so do you count the flexi card holders that have paid.
    3) Hospitality and corporate need to be considered
    4) The deadline was set and you can't then set a deadline within a deadline.

The best way is to start again then resell. Maybe, have two different packages if we can do an IFollow or Sky deal to show every home game.

    Cheers guys
    Hadn't seen anything about it
Good at least they are thinking but sadly a lack of publicity (again)
A lot of companies have diversified into supplying PPE and are doing it well some admit it's "keeping the doors open"
The club have a unique brand to sell just hope they can get the stock

If I cannot get in then I know what I'll do. Pay for Sky Sports and watch Leeds home and away in Prem.! Sorted. Why would I want to pay for a "season ticket" to watch on Ifollow that comes through a lousy internet service - I dont have faster broadband and cannot get it where we are ? So if it does come to it why would I wanna watch Barrow v City on dodgy picture when I could watching Leeds back in the big time ? In saying City need to innovate and offer a mixture of benefits to a 20/21 season ticket the Ifollow option might not be a workable option for all ?

That's a surprise. You've said repeatedly that you'll be back in your seat at VP in September watching the games again. It looks like you've transformed into a PL following glory hunter or worse! ;)

He did say he'd watch Leeds so possibly not a glory hunter, what a weird post from a Bradford City fan of many years, this Covid-19 has a lot to answer for.

Like everyone else I don't know when fans will be allowed back in VP. I'm not shielding but at an age where I am avoiding unnecessary contact. I'm with StaffordBantam on this. I'll go back when I say it is safe.

With regards to season tickets. Like many others I am used to sitting with the same crowd each game. I like it that way. Whether I get to a match early doors or not. Whether somebody else sits in 'my seat' initially or not. I don't much care. But, I do want my seat back.

    Two choices spring to mind:

When the time comes I renew my season ticket at its full price. Thereby guaranteeing, I hope, that my seat is mine for when we return to normality.

The club says give us £30 now (equivalent to 2 games at full price for seniors) and we will save your seat. When the time comes that it is safe for you to return pay the rest. Now I know that is not that simple to administer but I can't think of any better way.

The fallout on here would be epic if they reduced capacity.

    I hope it happens.

    Not too sure on that
Have the club released a figure on how many season tickets were sold before they were withdrawn
An awful lot of fans were not attending before the season was curtailed and were quite vocal they would not buy another season ticket plenty were very tempted to stay in the pub instead of going to the ground
I think the reduced 6000 capacity as has been mentioned previously on here would be more than adequate for anyone wishing to attend
Fans had "had enough" before lockdown can't see that lockdown will have improved the outlook of many

I don't want I give the to many suggestions but clubs can make lots of money during Covid 19 but they have to be creative.

Your second point highlightings money that they could make. Refund season ticket money and offer shielding fans or fans that can't make it the chance to reserve their seat for £70 .. making £40 profit! Think many would do that. Then a cardboard of their face for £20 .. £90 -£60 profit.. City face mask £5 ..£65 profit.

City need to be creative with their season season ticket offering but with Mr Admin I doubt it.
