Anyway reading the court documents the dispute is more about ownership rather than anything else. Depending on what is decided at some later date they may have broken various ownership rules but at the moment the court haven’t declared who actually owns it just that Power can not sell 50% of the club without written permission from Standing

 

Reading the court transcript I have a feeling it's worse than you describe, Pablo.

 

We voted for the season to end, we wouldn’t have won the vote but it indicates we weren’t bothered about going for promotion nor Port Vale. Finance stability obviously has to come first, but had Rupp offered to offset any losses incurred by finishing the season out vote would have been different. And that’s all it is a vote, as far as I’m aware the EFL haven’t made anything official yet. But we’ve well and truly shown our intentions and as usual it is to tread water.

From reading the court documents and the Twitter thread linked here I honestly don’t think the person on twitter has read both judgements fully. He seems to have got the importance of the two cases the wrong way round. The major decision is the Standing/Power one, the other one is more of a side show

Just to be a bit of a s**t-stirrer, was the season frozen after the last game I.e. 7th March? Don’t know about mid-March for Administration to apply. Where is the season at the moment, March or May?

Treading water might, for once, be a better option. I see the Exeter Chairman has come out today and a bit like Cheltenham is casting doubt on the cost of the playoffs. EFL under pressure now and strong leadership needed even if some don't like it.

I have heard no moaning from anyone at city. I think Ryan Sparks is doing a good job as spokesman for the club who have been as positive as it’s possible to be under the circumstances
