    So basically, the current season HAS to finish even if it doesn’t resume until July?
    Then...when does the new season start? 2 weeks after with no pre-season?

    Or depending on when it can be started next season could be shortened somehow. As long as it is done before the season starts then all clubs know what the plan is and can not complain after the fact.

    I've no idea but I don't recall ever having said that the season has to finish even it it's July or any other particular month for that matter. You must have me confused with somebody else.

    How about they calculate league standings based on everyone having played everyone once?
    On that basis we’d be in playoff places
