This creates panic and the feckwittery we see manifesting itself in supermarkets, etc.

Sky News have an agenda - I don’t have much time for the media in any form, but those lot really are scum.

I tend to watch Channel 4 news once a day and then peruse various publications on the internet.

When this is over the economy and workplace in the UK will be vastly different.

If this goes on for months, which I can see, I can see credit card and loans being looked at by the lenders. Suspending interest, deferring payments until back to work etc

There could be millions put into severe debt if they don't and the whole credit system will not be worth the paper it is written on.

 

The virus doesn't frighten me, it's humans that frighten me. Some of the things I've seen through this saga has left me convinced humans will eventually wipe themselves out through sheer stupidity.

 

No one is listening to advice. Boris saying 12 weeks we can have this under control. I bet it’s longer with the morons we have out there.

I said it will be June/July .. it's not a case the virus will go away but more of we've told you the information and effects now crack on.

More testing and the antibody is all the Government can do until a vaccine is created.

 

The media don't help at all. Even the wife noticed it and she hardly notices anything. They more than anything have fuelled this mass panic and hysteria and should be ashamed of themselves. Watching the various media outlets and politicians trying one up manship has been embarrassing.

 

All this “my sources tell me London will go into lockdown....” are embarrassing and shocking really. The queues at supermarkets in London this morning were unreal. Out into the car park at every one.
It’s not transfer deadline day. We really have the gutter press in this country.

 

They seem to have a different attitude in the USA altogether.
