    Would McCall take the assistant job to Warnock like he did as Sheff Utd or has he progressed too much?

    That would be a good pairing til the end of the season.

    Think I agree Park.. it is a poor appointment and you won't hear @Bronco@Bronco talk about the fact he hasn't got a team promoted.

    I feel we should give another manager thats younger a chance.

    However, let's see. If it's McCall I back him and will be excited as he's a legend but we can't keep on turning to McCall all the time.

    ‘Tisdale for me all day long, not Nolan never Nolan.

    Would be happy with Warnock till end of season, we need someone that’s going to have an impact on the mentality of this team which lets not forget have let themselves down big time over the last few weeks.

    Still not sure I understand what everyone has against Nolan..?

    Not saying he's my choice, but how do people on here know enough about him as a manager to form an opinion?

    Nolan is a massive risk, you make out he's the second coming:
    " Mate, for me Nolan has to be in the frame.

    We need a manager that the players will look up too and respect plus is ambitious with a network to call upon. He fits the bill plus it allows the owner, Rhodes etc to sort themselves out in their own time and maybe make appointments like a sporting director"    , if he's that good why is he been out of work for the last 18 months, and why did the above mentioned not work for him at Leyton Orient & Notts County, sorry Fordy more a stab in the dark mate than a serious candidate.

    Or indeed what's in favour! I've no idea of the style of play of most of these names!

    I saw Luton play well so if that's down to Jones it was impressive. The feeling on Warnock is that he'd galvanise the spirit. Most of the others I have no clue if theyd be good or not.

    He got sacked (so did your Bowyer and Wellens has) but then got offered the Wimbledon job and Mk Dons job while both were in league 1 and he has only managed in league 2.

    You only know his past history as a manager and it poor at best, my reply to fordy, if he's that good why is he been out of work for the last 18 months, and why did the above mentioned not work for him at Leyton Orient & Notts County.
