On a side note, I’ve correctly predicted the score of the last 3 City games consecutively.. I really need to start betting on these!

 

I’m at a point where I don't even care if we win. There’s very little to get excited about and the football just sucks the life out of you. Win, lose or draw Bowyer is just a bore.

 

As evidenced today - Wood offers much more as a full back. He needs a winger up there so he can get into crossing positions.

No it's not. Weve just watched 2 of the dullest games I've ever seen at VP. 2 wins, great. League position looks good. But theres nothing enjoyable about watching the way we play. Its soul destroying, anti football, and for some fans, a level of entertainment comes into why we go to watch games.

 

Bearing in mind most agree the only priority is getting out of this league whatever it takes.

If you’re seeking entertainment so much, I can give you a whole host of other options alternative to Bradford v Morecambe.

 

Absolute garbage until Bowyer pulled his finger out and made the changes. And even then it was just about average. Who would've thought a back 4 with two wingers playing would make us look more threatening eh?

The atmosphere was understandably dire too, it was like a fecking morgue in there today. Doesn't bowyer get it? We're bored to tears ffs. Yet as soon as we get some attacking intent on and start upping the pace the crowd responds. It's not rocket science.

Hopefully this is the end of the 5 at the back experiment, because it hasn't worked at all. Palmer and Reeves can't play together either, they're far too alike.

 

I fully intend to pursue the option of not wasting my time and money to see us shit-housing our way through this division if we're still in it next season. And I suspect many others will be the same. Because contrary to the opinion of some, its perfectly reasonable to expect a degree of quality and entertainment even when watching league 2 football.

 

We know. It's not an easy league to get out of. Are you old enough to remember how long it took us to get out of the very same league when McCall et al was manager? I don't remember it being that much more entertaining then.

 

Bang on! I want out of this league ASAP. I/we have no idea as to the extent of how the recent illness or injuries have really impacted the whole squad. Bowyers managing a busy period and conceded one goal in December. Pretty or not, I’ll take it and provides confidence ahead of Swindon.
