Donaldson stays in the team for me without a doubt. Hardworking, holds the ball up well, takes some watching. Who cares who scores the goals as long as we keep winning. In fact much prefer the goals shared out, you are not relying on one player then.

I would bring Vaughan back in though alongside him, especially at home.

I gave him an openly disputed 3 last week. Today he gets a 5 from me and he wasn't even playing.

 

Scapegoat's are people who are blamed for the faults of others, often without substance. Not only are the rest of the team pulling their weight, but It's also not unreasonable to suggest that a striker missing sitter after sitter should be replaced with someone more accomplished in front of goal.

 

City to win and both teams to score came up for me again. Bookies getting tighter though, only paid £68 for my £20 stake. Tight buggers. Have to give the dog a biscuit as I thought it had finished 2-0 and kicked it up its arse.

Whilst it cannot be denied that Donaldson has missed a couple recently. In your infinite wisdom to suggest that a player whom has scored a total of 3 goals in his short career is more accomplished that someone whom has over 140 more professional goals is quite staggering.

I don’t. The same way you don’t know the player coming in will score. But the fact he keeps getting picked suggests the manager may think like that

I can understand some of the criticism directed but I'll counter your bet, that no matter how many he scores, he will play a huge part in how our season pans out. Get a huge percentage of game time and we will be there about's.

 

Not for me, minimal changes to be made to a team on a really good run. Enforced switches only at this point.

As I said earlier. If he is pulling his weight, and lets be honest, that shouldnt even be a debate, as he is, and he is doing a job for the team, which he most definitely is, doesnt matter who scores.

 

Disappointed watching the highlights with some of the chances Morecambe got. Second week in a row we nearly surrender goals, but this is L2, teams are of similar ability and most will miss chances just like we do.

We always seem to just get a nose in front when we win and hold on - I'm sure Bowyer is working on gaining a more ruthless mentality, because even in victory we allow games to be a little closer than the opposition have merited at times.

We've played pretty much everyone at the bottom now, so it's time to see if we can grind out wins against midtable and top half sides on a consistent basis
