Transfer Rumours 2019/20

Do we need a defensive midfielder? I would guess that Bowyer is going to scrap the 433 and the system he tried at Crewe and just go 4-4-2. If he does then it will be Palmer sat along side anyone from Cooke, Akpan, Devine and Anderson. He has Wood, Pritchard, Devitt, Gibson and Ismail for the wide positions. That isnt a weak midfield in my opinion. Not at this level.

 

I'd be happier if they were saying he crosses a great ball into the penalty box, not having a go but pace means nothing if the final ball is crap.
Let's wait to make our own minds up.

I think Edin had little choice after the Fleetwood fiasco, they battered us first half yet we went in at half time level thanks to them giving us a stupid penalty.
They then had a man sent off and still looked the far better side, and looked capable of getting the winner which they did.

Devitt and Cooke over Tyler Walker, who is literally banging them in in the league above us? Sean Ragget who is contracted to a Premier League side, and is loaned to a side trying to get into the Championship, and Jorge Grant who plays for the teanm top of League 1.

you cannot be serious that you'd take former Carlisle player Jamie Devitt, who has been cast off by Blackpool weeks after signing, and Callum Cooke who is unwanted be an average League 1 side?

 

Anthony Grant to Swindon on loan. Interested to see how that goes.

 

Palmer hasn't done anything of note to start so it may be Akpan and another from Devitt, Cooke, Gibson, McCartan, Devine, Anderson.

 

Poor ? We're you one of the ones that dismissed the edin rumours when they started coming out. If there's problems behind the scenes then it's better to be out on public than fecking the club up like Rahic did. For what it's worth I've been informed on a few occasions that Bowyer is a popular figure behind the scenes, which is more than what he was with the fans on Saturday.

Got back 'home' just after lunch today.

Firstly, thanks to all for your good wishes, much appreciated.

18 days in a hospital bed is quite soul destroying, but I was in the safest place, having being piped and wired up to almost anything and everything.
It'll take a while for my ticker and brain to catch up, but hopefully I'll be back up to speed, soon.
