    I'm loving those dead ball goals. From the number of free kicks that Vaughan and the Don win us Devitt could bag plenty. Certainly looks to hit a dead ball better than Palmer.

    This transfer wouldn't have needed to go to a tribunal in this case. Since it's an 'international' transfer between two different FA's, it would instead have been subject to FIFA's transfer schedule for younger players in a similar way to the Mark Stuart fiasco. I think we're a Cat 3 club for development purposes and that would have set the transfer fee at €30,000 for his one season. But who knows beyond that what the clubs have agreed between themselves!

    I spoke to a leeds fan at work who reckons Edmondson should be knocking on their first team door. He said if we did pull this one off, Edmondson would score loads at league 2 level.
