    If that's Jimmy ryan then i'm not sure he played a single minute of competitive football last season. I suppose Bowyer will be assessing his fitness as much as anything else.

    Quite a fair summary, that. Gibsons biggest issue is his lack of consistency ....which just doesn't appear to improve over time. As you stated, he demonstrates his ability "in flashes", and for a lad of his age, with any ambition - He really needs to kick on. This is why he is a fringe player in Lge 2, rather than a courted teenager being touted for £50m in the PL. Perhaps he's hit his peak, and neither he nor his father have accepted that, yet ?

    I doubt Mayor will sign for City. He's 'playing' everyone.
    HE already knows who HE wants to play for !!

    I did the same, years back ........ Attended 4 interviews in two days - HELL ..... I even got my third interviewer to stump up with my Tuesday night (In Stoke) hotel bill !

    The point being, that interview four was always my aim, and YES - I got the job !!
    The sour note is, I actually grew to hate the job, very quickly. :( I was 'promised' SO much, but received SO little. I was used as a PR merchant, rather than an Engineer. Consequently, I only worked in Coventry for about six months, but thankfully as I lived in Northampton, I didn't need to relocate.
