Season tickets (Now with guess how Many Poll)

I think people start to miss it in the summer and decide to renew with others it gives them longer to save. I have never really understood the early deadline leaving months of selling time.
I know they need money to see them through the summer but an early June deadline would do that

 

An early June deadline would mean 1 more pay day for most, I doubt that makes a difference. I think what your trying to say is that the extended deadline is mainly swept up with floating city fans that could take it or leave it.

But it is self fulfilling. They announce an extension so people delay so you never know if it increased the sales. The only way to truely know would be not to announce until after the deadline

 

Zebra Finance have stopped providing finance for football season tickets so anyone that was planning on using the finance option will have to find another way of paying

 

Does that mean no monthly option

 

Currently yes. They are looking for alternatives.

Those that have already signed up are fine but that is it

 

The tickets only go up 50 percent so are still really cheap after the deadline

The club are going back old school. You pay monthly and get a mo this worth of tickets posted out each month.

At least they have sorted something at short notice

 

Think the club has done very well to come up with a suitable alternative deal so rapidly.

 

I'm with you I believe the dead line will be put back, but they would never make it an end of June dead line from the off as many fans would wait until the last minute, that is no good for sorting a player budge out etc.

 

Why no direct debit? Then dopes like me would never get around to cancelling it, just like we don't do for other stuff?

As long as l can remember the club has been "Not easy" to deal with. It was many years pre-internet when l last thought Division 4 was OK. I was stunned when we returned to that level again, never thought l'd see us there again and l only carried on buying my ST because of the SmC return.

It's 2019, Division 4 is not OK for me, not at all, it's embarrassing + l have a load of other options too, boots on the other foot. So don't give me a stupidly early deadline, after that, don't try to charge me £25 per game either because for that l can go to Harrogate Town, enjoy beer, food, & get to swap ends at half time.

Something has to give here as the imagination & creativity is non existent. We'll be selling 7000 tickets to fans who'd happily pay twice the asking price.

 

Why does it matter to you. You are not participating.

 

But your not attending anyway, so what’s it to you? Suggest you spend time organising your busy social life rather than coming on here saying you used to be a city fan.

 

So you don't want to watch the team you supposedly support because of the division they're in and instead, you'd go watch another club in the division below. Great logic.

 

He takes great delight in knocking all things City, including the fans. As you say, he states cannot stomach watching us in the 4th tier, yet happy to travel over to Harrogate to watch 5th tier. Very strange

 

Way to go......7000 "proper fans" better than another 7000 "plastics" to spoil their day.
