Season tickets (Now with guess how Many Poll)

I recognise you are lonely and need company, but insulting ppl is probably not the best way of going about this. So I am not even going to decipher what you are on about.

 

He insults fans, the football club.and the City of Bradford constantly, yet cannot stay away from this forum, and still choses to live in Bradford. Defintely an attention seeker

 

I've not insulted anybody, the complicit acceptance of basement football by many is probably why we are the great underachievers.

Right we've gathered the above team play in Yellow & Black ?, but who are they and why is it relevant to our season ticket prices, by the way under 5,000 sold up to mid day Thursday /

Yes that is Harrogates prices for @abbomf they are last years so probably gone up

 

I am happy to answer you as "ldle" has a nailed on ability to miss points, it's a god given gift that he displays again and again.

I have bought an ST for well over 30 years. I would not have done so in 2007 without SmC's arrival & the marketing campaign.

I boycotted this season as l could see only too well what was coming. My decision. I've actually only seen Harrogate 3 times, I've also seen BPA, Halifax, Thackley, Lincoln, Morecambe, York, Hartlepool & Farsley. I've always said l love football more than Bradford City.

I mentioned Harrogate because l know the exact costs & how much l've enjoyed it (especially since l read the football leaks book). It's not about Harrogate but my free time......

Contrary to what "ldle" made up, I've never knocked our fans, recently l said that every club needs a hard core who'll fork out no matter what. But it's no good giving them an ST for 50% of what they'd pay. Surely?

And it's not much good dissing me because l say something you don't like to read when 100's of 1000's of our citizens have never even been to VP. l am a lot easier to get back than someone who has never been, but l am disconnected and don't anticipate Div4 + early ST cut off + £25 going to reconnect me anytime soon.

 

I don't know, it was our lad who went down on Thursday he said whoever it was who served him had said under 5,000 whilst pulling a miserable face.

I meant "You" not to you but to "ldle", "Onside" and the other kneejerk merchants who scanned over "Div4, early cut off ST point & £25" to have a tantrum on viewing my reluctance to "get onboard". FFS it's comical.

5000 is good with two weeks to go. Sales have always been heavily loaded to the last week or two. In previous years I think we sold 1000 per day in the last few days. We'll probably get 700 per day in the final days this time. We should still be on course for more than 10k. That was the target to activate the offer the first year it came out. I think we might scrape 11k. Well done to the club for the offer and the fans that still turn out because they know it does not stay bad forever. For all we know next season could be brilliant. The more of us stick with it, the quicker the club will recover. Man City fans did not desert their club in the third tier and look at them now.

 

So you think in two weeks that sales will more than double?

Doubt it! Think we will get to around 8k which we would of got at £169 or whatever season tickets were this season.

 

The guy said under 5,000 so how many under 5,000 we dont know, as you say its to be hoped the fans buy into the recent changes at our club, but Im with @Fordy117 anything over 10,000 is a good effort after the season weve had.
I have to be honest and say I feel more possitive from what Im hearing coming out of Valley Parade via Munich, and as I posted when I watched the resent Gary Bowyer interview he sounds as if he knows exactly what is required and I like his humility and sense of humour which is required in large quantities to run our club at the moment.

 

Under 5k two days ago might be over 5k today. Yes, I expect sales will double in the final two weeks which I think is similar to previous seasons.

The club have not cut prices much overall - kids' prices have risen and seniors'/concessions' discounts have gone.

 

What was the final total this season?
