Season tickets (Now with guess how Many Poll)

I hope not. People delay them because we have extended so many times in the past.

 

I think our season ticket launch started great with the video but since then what ? Piss poor . The last time the club tweeted about them (we have 93.5K followers) was 4 days ago . And that was only a update to say we had sold 1k tickets . Going round local business’s with a our city card board cut out doesn’t really cut it. We did it years ago . They could tweet twice a day FOR FREE season tickets £150 etc but have chosen not too. It’s free advertising. It reminds people. I bet people have forgotten there even on sale. Get mason back in to do our heads in again and get people talking

I spoke with him the other day and his new venture is going realy well, he's all over the world.
Having said that it only takes a phone call from Stefan or Julian, who knows, he's City through and through.

If they tweeted twice a day about season tickets I'd unfollow them. They've done the launch, everyone on social media knows the tickets have been released and how much they are. Over advertising I think also kills it for people that know about the tickets.

 

Wonder if the deadline will now be scrapped with what will obviously be disastrous sales?
What a mess, I haven't a clue where the club go from here. I simply don't have the stomach for 120mile round trips for L2, been twice this season and not missed it one bit and that's a real shame as I'd been going solid since 1987.

 

They should promote the tickets by stressing we won't have the same team next season.

Leave out the bit about being in a different division!

 

read elsewhere that only 3000 have been sold for next season 9000 looking a real possibility.
deadline is the 14th april. not looking good.

 

I suspect most will be waiting to see what division we will be in (although it's quite obvious) and who will be running the show. The latter of which needs to be confirmed one way or another asap.

 

In my opinion we will still sell a decent amount of season tickets for next season but that is only because they are selling for a pittance.

We all know if they were £300 they’d be loads of people not bothering.

If you’re a true City supporter you’ll be renewing your ticket without even thinking about it. £150, £300 who cares? League 1, League 2 who cares?

We don’t know how lucky we are with our season ticket prices, a seated season ticket at Macclesfield Town is £320!

Just buy a ticket and support your club!

I'm not sure we'd be having this discussion if we knew we'd still be in league one next season, then for me it would be difficilt to argue about not renewing, yes we've had a very poor season but were still in league one .

 

And there's a growing anger towards these players that our fans will not fund their weekly wage.

 

I was wondering whether admin could add a poll to this thread asking whether people have renewed yet or not? Be interesting to see

Why should I? This club is a car crash; end of. Twenty five years of season tickets and long distance trips on Tuesday nights. They can stuff it now; no one at the club seems to have any balls. I shall donate my £150 to a homeless charity and feck BCFC. Goodbye and good riddance. Hopeless bunch of retards............and that is just off the pitch.
