Also, we don't know that there isn't a plan b - it would be diabolical if there isn't and would suggest that Rupp and Rahic have learnt nothing (contrary to what they have stated), but unlike you, I'm going to wait and see before jumping to conclusions.

How can you ask a manager to turn everything round in just a few months? I think Leeds are just nuts. Well if Grayson is off we will have him I doubt Barnsley will have him back, deserted them when they needed him.

 

If it is announced that he's staying, will you get behind him and give him a chance in the hope that you are proved wrong , or will you continue with your negativity in the hope you are proved right just so you can say 'told you so'?

Yeah dam right but I wouldn't think it's a good appointment.

Heckingbottom was in a similar situation to Grayson although Grayson had less to do to get us back up and running, as we were only just outside a play off place he even said he expected to come in and turn it around to still finish in the top 6, I believe that is what was expected of Heckingbottom, although Leeds were further off a play off place, that's what I mean by high expectations at Elland Road, the vast majority of there fans believe they have a right to be in the Premiership, 30,004 there today for a nothing game, great fan base for anyone who can get the team performing.
I agree you shouldn't expect a manager to turn things around in 3/4 months but you should see a gradual progress, I suppose ours could be classed as some sort of success as the last months results have been better, although I for one expected a manager of Grayson standing to have done it sooner than later, not sure than can be said of Heckingbottom result whilst at Elland Road.

 

I agree they should have said yes or no last week with details and press conferences tuesday

 

Agree or compromise..When you pick your man there should be no such choice. You back your judgement / instinct and agree the choice. Compromise and you forfeit your principles.
