    Talks going well, dont listen to others that are saying the opposite.

    Rupp was sorting out management issues at VP when so called ITK poster was predicting he would be arriving at end of the week.

    Budget is the main issue but Grayson also wants to keep his position at the club.

    Someone said Grayson was off and Rupp was arriving later in the week when he was in fact in the UK. Cant remember alias. Anyway Grayson wants the gig. A bit of compromise and he will be our manager next season.

    If Grayson is staying I'm reading that as a major positive. Partly because he has the record to show he can cut it at this level but mainly because it must mean he is going to get decent resources

    ..and it may not all be about big transfer fees, because if Grayson stays he will have earmarked players he has worked with before. Those he can trust to deliver. Guys wise to this division and wise to mounting the challenge it requires.If he gets the chemistry right we could be on the up without speculating too much on talent unproven at this level.

    John Welsh leaving Preston end of season over 200 games for them and I'm sure he was a big player under grayson centre mid with experience. If grayson stays that's the sort of free transfer we should go for
