Potts is the best player I have seen this season in this league. So will be very pleased if he leaves Barnsley before 12th January

 

It sounds like you think we should just sign anyone. I'd be impressed with the Scunny signings if you could tell me who they'd replace in our first team and hence why we need to get a move on.

Hamill's pretty good, but if what's the point of having him and Scannell, two injury prone players who've seen better days - and a fit Scannell is definitely better anyway

Van Veen scores once in every five matches and I'm not certain he's any better than Hanson

Hence it's not like we're losing out on players who will make a big difference

 

I'd have had Hammill, but not now we've got Scannell. There's no reason to think that he won't come back and be better under this new regime as he did OK for us in early season. He'll also benefit from fitness and he's used to playing our new pressing game as he used to be deployed that way under Wagner

 

I think Van Veen is more than decent and Hamill if fit is a decent signing.He scored a worldy in Scotland not long back. And everyone knows McMahon is decent. If im a Scunthorpe fan I’m happy with those players as that’s what they needed. Maybe not for us though

Totally agree with that. His return to the team cannot come quick enougn, as far as I'm concerned. Believe he's out until at least February though

If you don’t think we still need a striker, you haven’t been watching our games recently. When we need to make a change, all we can offer is Kai Brunker. You seriously think he can come in and do a job if Doyle gets injured long term or loses form again?
