Absolutely that's a side we need to be beating and no mistake

Players like Jordan Stevens, Jamie Devitt, Luke James and Offrande Zanzala we all thought we could do better than so time to prove that we did

Ollie Banks and Robbie Gotts is a decent midfield and I'm sure they won't be push overs but it's time for a response and a good win

Don't forget it's Cooper in charge there now. He won't want to be humiliated with a hiding again like the last time he was at VP, and will definitely be setting his team up not to lose. I think we could be in for a very frustrating afternoon.

Looks like we are suffering without Angol. Bit of a shame the two backups are not up to snuff. Hopefully we get a fat dub on Saturday. It is good to remember bolton last season though, were 18th around this point in the season and ended up 3rd!

 

Think they should try cook and Robinson up front and play a diamond formation with songo and Cooke

 

Seen little of the two but for me if Adams goes two up top I'd partner Robinson with Cook, only a few minutes against Walsall and Salford but got himself into two good goal scoring areas, a bit more curl on yesterday's effort and it would have been the winner their keeper was struggling to get near it.

 

Yeah probably but it should come as no surprise so Adams should be prepared for teams coming and playing for a draw no problem

Certain documents in my old job were were also prohibited in using pencil as a writing implement.

 

We're missing Angol's all round play, he keeps possession well, lays the ball off well, he's a honest hard working pro.
However, I've seen many comments on social media about how he's a big loss from the scoring point of view.
He is not prolific at all, and can regularly manage to screw the ball from a whole goal to aim at, to a frustrating 6" wide of the post.

 

I would say 2 goals in 2 league apps is pretty good going! He is definitely a crap penalty taker though.

 

I still remember the pelters I got for wanting Ian Evatt. Oh well never mind.

 

For me Gilliead and Vernam are in last chance saloon we can't keep playing them if they're not going to score goals Gilliead in particular doesn't even look like scoring at least Vernam has got into good positions

1 goal in the last 4 games isn't good enough and if all the defence have to focus on is Cook then we've got a problem

 

Time for 4-3-3 perhaps?

I would keep Vernam in and bring in Robinson for Gillead if he is fully fit
