Uninspiring so far but with our budget it’s to be expected unless we can shift on some of lasts seasons shower.

 

Presumably this is a signing through the new (ex Walsall) scout, hopefully a squad player as good reviews from former clubs seem few in number.

Reading their forum from the link provided above he was offered a contract but declined it to join us so if that's correct it was his choice rather than not being offered a deal. No idea of he's any good or not though.

The fact that he's seemingly not a very good 4th division player is the issue here.

If this is the standard our budget allows us to bring in then it's going to be another long season.

The statement says it’s a one year contract but his interview says it’s a two year contract.

 

Agree there Bowyer needs to get 3-4 leaders in there because it still looks a spineless bunch to me ?

 

To be honest, I'm actually hoping that we'll soon get some transfer news about players we've got moving onwards. Wright, Riley, Akpan, Scanell, Doyle, Oconnor - I'd be delighted to get these of the wage bill so we can bring in some new faces.

 

Either these are squad fillers and there’s better to come or id say get used to it.
