If our plan is for A'OC to play in holding midfielder, behind Anderson and Akpan, we've another season of struggle to 'look forward' to.

 

For me he is! Is whole attitude and demeanour stinks

Whats Bowyer seen in him that the Walsall fans havent ? In a group of Daryll Clare cast offs rated by Saddlers devotees as and I quote "truly awful players" .. whack whack ooophs !??????

 

Lazy and only turns up when the TV cameras are around.

 

Was their best player by a mile in a tv game not so long ago. He looked anything but lazy to me, possibly more to do with the Walsall fans expecting everything he did to come off.

 

I saw that game too and admit he did look good.

He’s tracked back with all the determination and work ethic of Hope Akpan. At least we got rid of that useless sod last mon...... ah bugger

 

Very true, however it is the sort of defending we will be facing next season in fairness.

 

One of my golden rules is never sign anyone that someone at your level doesn't want. There's always a reason they don't want him and it's usually a good one. Having said that there are always exceptions so let's hope he's one. Looking at his career, though, set alarm bells ringing for me. Perhaps he's cover for Scannell if he stays.We'll find out soon enough.

 

Not the most inspiring of signings to be honest. However, the ex Walsall scout must know plenty about him to recommend him, so who knows, he may well turn out to be a decent signing

As with most new signings, Ive hardly seen play, i shall reserve judgement until Ive seen him play for us.

I get the feeling that any more higher profile signings than we have signed so far, will be pending the release of some of last seasons expensive rabble

 

Crappy, lazy journalism. Released would mean he was under contract and they cancelled it for some reason thereby "releasing him" from the contract. I think what they mean is his contract ends on 30 June and they won't make him an offer so he is free to go.

 

Based on what as far as I can see he has never played in league two
