    Are you a 25 yearer by any chance? It may well be connected to the recent announcement about the reduction in the price being charged. It may have to be replaced by a new DD for the lower price.

    It certainly deserves something better than a cancellation notice from the DD provider. Why not contact the ticket office via the number provided to get the full story?

    Yes - 25 yearer, but I renewed at the compromise price of £150, so mine was at the correct price.

    25 year season ticket but not had an email, which doesn’t surprise me given they haven’t replied to my email (twice) re Rochdale tickets that have gone missing

    Just checked my email and nothing as yet, if that's the response because of the reduction it's a pretty poor do, surely its not that difficult to adjust our monthly payment and email you individually with the new figure ?.

    My DD payment plan was correct. It didn’t need amending. Bloody hell. :weary_face: Do we have to buy them again? I’ve emailed Mick Lamb to try get to the bottom of this.

    I haven't renewed yet. Think I'll wait for your response from Mick Lamb before I do.
    Sounds to me like crossed wires between the club and the finance company following the adjusted 25 yearer price.

    OK. Mick got back to me very quickly. It seemed (somehow) I had duplicated my payment, so to stop me paying twice, he cancelled one of my Direct Debits. So there is nothing to worry about for 25 Yearers although I can’t answer what happens to those that renewed at £180 though @Offcomedun@Offcomedun

    It is what it is mate, if we get a refund or a discount against merchandise, away games ETC I can live with that, as many have said looking back it should never have come to this.

    Yes, I had this email which I ignored because I have never had a DD instalment arrangement with the club. Why I received it I have no idea.

    Are the people at the club still at the club, @wetherbywhaler@wetherbywhaler, and why do I keep reading about unanswered emails on this forum?

    We're hardly the biggest subsection of fans, yet multiple accounts of failure to respond on the club's behalf?

    Extremely poor - could this be raised by any chance? Perhaps someone isn't doing their job.

    I had a reply from Mick on Saturday about the £30 quid difference between the £180 I'd renewed my direct debit at and the revised £150 price. Long story short, Mick's processed a refund of £30 to my card they have on file and my DD will remain as if the price is £180. I'd have preferred the DD to be adjusted but the refund was easier apparently and I was happy enough with that solution. I'll post this in the other 25 year thread too.

    Got to say, Mick is a credit to the club and he’s always replied promptly to any query I have, (even on a match day, last Saturday).

    Did you mention the two empty seats directly in front of us, again on Saturday there was a guy who turns up the odd game sat in the end seat and the other seat was empty ?.

    yep. There are loads of empty seats but they are keeping them all for hospitality. Can not even get one in block K behind the exec area
