    It's good to see, however you can't blame Rahic in the slightest for not doing it. Wells had to leave at Preston at half time due to abuse, Rahic could be subject to far worse.

    You are correct! In the centre of the picture is Bristol Rovers President Wael Al-Qadi. I guess the chance of seeing a City owner sitting and then celebrating with us, is probably as likely as winning the Euro Lottery.

    I think that is the way it should be. I guess what must be the somewhat sterile and gentrified atmosphere of the ‘directors’ area, is not one that I would like.

    Personally I don’t do the corporate ‘approach’ to football, it is not my thing.

    Agree it would be a bad move, as you say the Preston situation was not nice, the lad came to support the team and many of his past team mates and one or two made it quite uncomfortable for the lad and his mate.

    Fair enough, I thought it was just regarding the here and now and future.

    That said with everything that has gone on, off and on the field even if he had have spent time with the fans it wouldn't matter now.

    TBF as the person who started this thread, where was the ‘moan’? It was an objective post about our visitors owner, sitting with the fans and pointing out that this did not happen with Bradford City.

    There may now be good reasons for sitting part, but when the take over occurred an opportunity to connect with City supporters and start to gain an understanding was lost.

    Having just watched a show on Pulp’s, Common People track, then perhaps Edin’s pronouncements about ‘Working Class’ are a bit like those of a Greek art student!
