Well were stuck with these owners and this so called model but IMO we are in for a fall big time if we dont get some investment into the first team squad !

 

It's not really basing it on friendlies is it, it's basing it on since January and a pathetic search for a "head coach" and the fact that our head of football/ceo/owner/ chief football manager games wouldn't know a decent footballer if one volleyed his smug face in the top corner from the halfway line. There is no reason for optimism at all

 

I'm just SO glad I decided NOT to have a great day in York, and also - I didn't keep in tune with the match.

ONLY three weeks away from kick off, and still we have no desire, plan, nor will.

I WAS going to make an effort to attend the Sheff Utd game - Take that as a miss from now.

Can we stop all this 10.00 AM 'til 15.00 PM training Bull crap, and start working hard say from 08.00 'til 17.00 hrs, like the rest of us ? Once you are good, you work harder to maintain, not work less to achieve a poorer result.

There's always room for optimism before the start of the new season. It might well have dissipated before the end of August but right now, there's definitely room for it, however naive and ill judged it could turn out to be.

I can't - it's a feeling you either have or you don't. I have it every year without fail. I would suggest that if you don't feel it then you might have fallen a little bit out of love with our club.

Was very poor today, sat far too deep, always playing it back Gibson up front just didn’t work! Formation still scratching my head think it was 4 -1 - 4 - 1 just didn’t look comfortable playing it with Wright too deep. Midfielders & strikers needed or we in for a long old season!

 

Still fairly decent odds on us to be relegated, sure it's only a few friendlies but how this squad is shaping up is clear to see for everyone, we're going to be well off the mark
