The playing budget is down. So why do we need to increase season ticket prices.

Might give us some transfer money but the playing budget is covered.

 

It's wise for a number of reason:

1) Capacity isn't important
2) Bradford have been devaluing the cost of season ticket for years and need to up the trend now.
3) We need to limit the amount of fans allowed in anyway, so lets make it those that really want to go will pay.
4) Increasing the season ticket prices enables to create other packages that Bradford don't do(Not making suggestions).
5) increasing the prices gives you the option to lower them if you really want when the world is back to normal and it goes back to the capacity method.

As I say you go to Merc, BMW a Rolex shop and see if if they're discounting. Go to Primark if that's your thing and see if your 2 pound top is 50p...

It’s all about supply and demand. If we can only sell 8000 tickets but 12000 want them then prices absolutely have to increase.
Do you think summer holidays during the 6 week school hols were discounted this year? Quite the opposite in fact

To be honest I'm coming round to the idea of sacking City this season !. As much as I have a great loyalty to Stuart I have zero loyalty to this group of players and I cannot be bothered with the dancing around for a ticket or commiting to a someones idea of how I must watch live football ?. Ifollow is useless because of lousy internet so thats out. So I probably will consign 20/21 to the bin.

Only cavet I would have is that my seat remains my seat for when things go back to normal which is the least they could do. Happy to let Stuart crack on with it and if it works out great; if not then I wont be losing sleep. My back up plan will be to go watch Steeton AFC down at Marley for live football. Then reconnect for Sky Sports Football to watch Leeds premership campaign. Think thats a whole lot more appealing that pfaffing around with argubly the worst Bradford City team in my lifetime and Covid restrictions and daft arrangements.

It won't be a case of financially worth it. As the EFL guide appears stadium capacity looks like being no more than 30% max, as already speculated by some on here. For small grounds such as Crawley, FGR and several others that % will be taken up purely by home fans who clubs will cater for first. In our case at that % with our S Ticket sales there will be no spare room but who knows it may change.

 

Is the manual available, or just to clubs

 

Would be weird if the EFL document was the exact same length as the SGSA one
