Well we've been training at QPR's training ground today and Josh Wright has travelled and trained

Keeping Wagstaff and Pigott quiet tomorrow will give us a chance. Easier said than done with our leaky defence.

Luckily their stats are similar to ours. It should be a draw, or a goal either way.

I'd normally take a point from pretty much any away game but feel we need a win before the Sunderland game otherwise we're going to be in a shocking position both in terms of the league position and mentality.

I have no doubts.
The second half on Saturday was not too bad.
We could of had, and probably should of had, a couple of goals.
I don’t particularly like us hitting it forward every time but it’s cutting out he stupid mistakes we were making in midfield which were catching us short at the back.
I think in January we may see the defence upgraded rather than the attack.
The defence at the minute is supposably a football playing defense which is based on playing the ball out.
I don’t think DH wants to play like that and probably right not to in this league. Unless you have the resources he likes of Sunderland et al have it dosnt work.
We will see.
But if we keep solid at the back today we will come away with three points.

James Hanson a big doubt for tonight with a hamstring injury, thank god, he would murder us in the air

 

Has he scored a goal for them yet? Must be nearly 2 years since he last scored

 

He is trying to make everybody in the squad feeling part of the team effort, boosting confidence exercise

Really? I would put the O'Brien twins in the battling bracket rather than flair.

 

Hard to predict the starting XI because we constantly seem to be picking up knocks and obviously have players returning. Presuming Hopkin keeps a bit of consistency to the lineup after Saturday, I thought there was a dramatic improvement from McGowan and O'Connor compared to Doncaster so if they can continue that improvement then we have a chance. Connor Wood is likely to be targeted so could be a tough night for him.

I think the midfield is getting there. It'll be interesting to see if Hopkin continues with Gibson from the start - given that Wood might need protecting, is that really a job for Gibson or Payne? Miller looks the biggest threat we have up front and I'd like to see him continue to develop a partnership with Doyle, but the team have to be a bit smarter getting the ball up to them because target men, they are not.

 

For the first time in forever I don't even care what the score is. After years of going away to Bournemouth on a cold Tuesday night getting back at 4am or being one of the 36 that went to watch us get smashed by Wrexham in the ldv vans or going away to fk Atlantis, I simply have stopped caring.

 

I for one will never stop caring @Goose - However, from game three (Southend) I have stopped expecting, particularly a Win. I like many was disappointed with the amount of Draws two seasons ago - It shouts so loudly when I say I'd willingly take those right now.
