I would feel confident if Bowyer was keen on adding a def midfielder/ballwinner and urge the team to create more chances than the usual 1 or 2 shots on goal in 45 minutes but he seems happy to do nothing in this transfer window.
Now there is a surprise, a Jan transfer window with little happening.
Too many injury prone players here (and we have a fitness coach?).

Might make the playoffs but this team doesn't have the knowhow to get the best out of Doyle/Vaughan/Donaldson.

Think because he has a 2 year contract the latest a decision made on his future would be the end of the season.

Rhodes shocked me giving him a 2 year contract as it made no sense. Bowyer has worked with 1 year rolling contracts before and that's what I would if offered him.

It's extremely rare for a manager to go into a final year of their contract unsure of the future.

Fan pressure will be too much for Rhodes to to react. Shouts of "Boring Boring Bowyer" have already started, booing has started and soon"we want Bowyer out" will be heard plus season ticket sales won't be going well.

Bowyer is shite, he doesn't know his best team and wouldn't know what a good player looks like. His tactics, well, there isn't any.

I can't see the club getting rid of Bowyer whilst were still around the play offs, I think Juilan will have learnt his lesson, and he will be the guy calling the shots with Rupps approval of course.

 

Bowyer has most of the full squad available today I think both Donaldson and Devitt will start, Pritchard wide on the left but not as a winger Connolly on the right with Donaldson and Doyle up front, the defence takes care of itself.

 

Hope you're right. No excuses not to go for it today with those players back.

 

He's so shite were sitting 5th in the league with a possibility of a top 3 position if we win and other results go for us.

 

Donaldson certainly looked up for it Thursday morning and we know we can depend on the Ginger Pele to put a few away .

What makes you think that. he was getting well stuck in at training giving his all, so it's not about his fitness whether its today or at home to Cheltenham on Tuesday night.

yes it is points which is why the wins is the important part 1 loss in 11 could be 10 points, 4 loss in 11 could be 21 points

 

Well we were absolutely shocking last season to comeback from that to a promotion season would be an achievement. The trouble is the expectation level at this club is off the scale people forget what we are and where we have been for most of our existence.
Last time we were down here it took seven years to get out everyone’s favourite manager had three attempts. I think there is an over estimation of our current Squad

As Man Utd are finding out when you hire a rubbish manager then attention turns to owners and people running the club.

Most fans now understand that Rhodes and Rupp should be questioned about how they're operating the club and can they take it forward.

If this happened and Doyle was sold to a rival then I can only hope Bradford City have a big named(for div 1/2 standard) lined up but Rhodes and Rupp will come under more pressure!

 

No way. No settled team, no implemented style, not enough goals, not using the assets we have to the best of their ability, no momentum for the second half of the season. Theres no way were going up this season
