£10 a game £140 half season ticket seems fair enough when you pay £20 for individual games.

We have three homes games in little over a week at christmas , get them priced up now as an ideal christmas/early christmas gift. Starting with salford on the 21st , 3 for £30 or 2 for £20 the mansfield and morecambe double header over new year.

I much prefer a ‘half season’ ticket deal, as what you want is people building a pattern of activity which sees going to City as a regular experience rather than a ‘one off’.Bronco likes this. -

That sounds like two matches then, although I could only guess at the subtle difference between a discount and a special promotion.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

You won't find any ground outside the top 2 divisions full to capacity for a league game, barring the rare exception.
It's nothing to worry about. -
To put it into context.
Saturday 2/11/2019 some Championship attendances:
Wigan V Swansea Attendance: 9,080
Blackburn V Sheffield Wed Attendance:14,147
Brentford V Bonio fanciers Attendance: 11,727
Luton V Forest Attendance:10,053
Reading V Milwall Attendance:14,485
On 1/11/2019
Barnsley V Bristol City Attendance:12,178
So 4 games below our attendance out of 12 and two only just above.
Not bad after a disastrous season -
I'd think the teams above pay around double what we pay, I know its been debated many times but if we were asked to pay the going rate we'd be down to 8 to 10,000 IMO, having said that long may it continue. -

So the cost was just under £9.79 a match.
There are 12 home league games after Christmas, starting with Mansfield on the 29th December.
If the club did a ‘half season’ at £120 the price would marginally more expensive at £10 per game.
You have to factor in that those who bought after the deadline, have had an opportunity to enjoy all the games, earlier choice of seats, earlier access to ‘Away tickets’, etc.
‘If’ the club was to progress to the third round of the FA cup and got a plumb home tie, half season ticket holders would have the same opportunity as all existing Season Ticket holders to get tickets.
Personally I am in favour of an initiative to increase the number of Season Ticket holders. -
or timid population in the Bradford area.
Ive said it before and I will say it again that every empty seat at every home game is a lost revenue opportunity.
My background was in low cost aviation which is driven by filling seats to generate a high load factor.
Empty seats are an anathema to me as we already incur all costs of running a game at VP and sit on our hands thinking how clever we are that
we have 14000 regulars most of whom are loyal and have been rewarded with fantastically well priced season tickets over many years.
I am not talking to you lot on here about this subject because my aim is to get the club to recognize the lost revenue they allow to float past us we
congratulate ourselves on filling about 60% of the seats available.
Look on the club website and you would never know we were a football club with tickets available to buy to boost the cash flow for games in

I know it has been said before but there is a couple of major differences between filling the empty seats at VP and on a plane. The first one is the attraction even at a low price may not be there, and the second is the restrictions on what promotions we can actually do. We are restricted to the number of games we can run promotions at, think it is 2. Also we have to let the league know about pricing structures including season tickets before the start of the season, now I’m not sure if that would block us from introducing a half season ticket or not.
