Who is actually running the Club?

Company Secretary is Alan Biggin and has been for over a decade

 

So who is actually managing the back room staff? This passing the buck is extremely worrying, there needs to be somebody who is a position to direct the appropriate member of staff for any particular task. If that was James Mason, who is now no longer there, so has that now been handed to Mrs Rahic? If so she needs to get her act together because this may well cost the club money or a high level of disorganisation that impacts on the club’s reputation.

 

Who is passing the buck? And what may cost the club money in the back of house in things that have been done since Mason left?

 

How do we know things like this haven’t happened in the past? They can be quickly and easily fixed unlike what happens on the football pitch.

I’d like to know from WW if it’s the worst it’s been?

Or is it a case of one mans gone and the rest are playing catch up to get up to speed with his role? And maybe didn’t realise how much he did?

 

@wetherbywhaler stated that he found it difficult to get anybody to sort out the website and a series of buck passing before anything happened. The fact it took prompting is also worrying that staff did not their respective responsibilities. James Mason went weeks ago, who is in charge now?

I remember Kath Brown who forgot to register loan player Curtis Goode for an FA Cup tie at Brentford which we were thrown out of and eventually forced to replay.

 

Prior to Silke we had an experienced Club Sec. who had been at Man City, Preston and the F.A., if I remember but she was only with us a few weeks as she found travel difficult.
Before that was Hannah Cox who was recruited by David Baldwin from Leeds where she had run the Ticket Office. Hannah was superb, acting not only as Club Sec but also P.A. to James Mason after David left and also to Julian. First class worker and did some good stuff for me especially the documents I used to defend an F.A. charge after the Millwall replay fight. She left about five months after the change of ownership in which she had played a huge part alongside Julian, returning to Leeds where she went as Club Secretary and is highly thought of and trusted to travel all over completing signings.

According to @Park bantam we don't need a CCO because Edin is there full time now, unlike when we were run by Mark & Julian and had Dave Baldwin and later James Mason as CCO or CEO.
According to the groundsman at Rawdon Meadows the players have been at the training ground all morning but not out on the pitch, they are starting trianing at 1:30 on the back pitch, maybe Collins is making them watch the Fleetwood game, Id have had them in Sunday after that lack lustured performance.

Think it is two different roles Company and club. One legal side Companies house etc and the other more day to day and football side

So in what capacity did she work at Valley Parade, Kath and her late husband used to frequent our WMC and always spoke about the club.
