What's the point of Bruenker

As in all walks of life, if there's no real direction, leadership or management in an organisation, then people become disengaged. Think we're already seeing that.

I'll have one last go to try and clarify the point I was trying to make then I'll let go. I am not questioning why he isn't getting game time, but why he is on the bench. If ever MC was going to give Bruenker game time it should have been in the last 15-20 minutes of the Burton game. If he wasn't going to play him then, then he would be better giving his place on the bench to someone else. (perhaps NKP when he was allegedly dropped from the bench to make way for the necessary junior ). I couldn't go to Fleetwood but I would have though this as a game NOT to bring him on, against 10 men we should try to spread the game and play with pace. I started this thread before the Fleetwood game. Now I am even more bemused.

He's on the bench to make up the numbers. He's not getting enough game time because the manager doesn't think he's good enough to make a difference.
