This game epitomises why we deserve to go down.

Must win, against a team in rotten form and down there to be overtaken. Their most important player is sent off after 6 mins and we get a goal shortly after. There’ll never be a more ‘served on a plate game’ for us. And then we play with such lethargy. Comical defending let’s them get a cheap equaliser and we again show our tactical ineptitude by continuing to play with a lone striker against the 10 men.

We come out second half with our minds not on it. Another cheap goal given away. A spell of pressure gets us an equaliser then another crap goal given away because none of our players have the stones to stick their head where it hurts - which is why we concede from set pieces and never score from them. I don’t think I’ve ever, in my life, see a Bradford City team so bad - and spineless - at defending its own penalty box.

Shocking stuff all ends up.

And the commentator on iFollow keeps remarking that its a ‘strange match’. It isn’t strange at all. Its brainless and gutless, which is why we’re a dog shit team that’s in the bottom four, have been all season, and will be at the end.

I will withdraw my support for Hopkin if we lose this.

 

That's the worst result of all in a season of terrible results and a new low for us.

 

Genuinely hope Hopkin walks after that. Shameful.

If we lose on Saturday then 1 out of 9 from them 3 games with 2 being at home is unacceptable and the pressure will be on Hopkin.

I’ll always love this club.

But I f******g hate this team.

 

After today result, I for one will not be renewing my season ticket,after 40 years watching sometimes rubbish ( but with effort) this lot are playing rubbish with no effort. I leave after watching them usually in a bad mood, so I decided to put my 150 pound toward a holiday.

 

Even when we were back down in 4th division I never felt as low as this supporting City. Feels absolutely hopeless and just can’t see us bouncing back next season. Bloody miserable.

 

Problem is Keefly we as fans see we are in a real dogfight for our future and it bloody hurts us but for the vast majority of players at the club its probably just seen as the club where they will play for the remainder of this season and then they will be elsewhere irrespective of what happens or they are currently so far out of the picture that it is simply the cash cow that pays their living. Put it another way, how many of the current players, if cut open, do you think would have any claret and amber running through them - hard to think of one This together with the many other challenges the club faces behind the scenes leaves us in a bloody despondent situation - and I am not sure changing the manager again will actually solve any of the above. Depressing times

 

You would have to ask each individual who attended todays game why they reacted the way they did before,during and after the game but it's evident to me any unity among the travelling support was destroyed long before they set foot in the Bescott stadium.
I have said it before our club and it's fanbase was dismantled in the summer after defeat at Wembley and it will take a minor miracle to get everyone singing from the same hymn sheet in our quest to hold on to League One status.
Many have thrown in the towel already.

 

Stop making excuses for Hopkin. Other struggling clubs were able to recruit. Yes, we recruited, but in areas we were covered in. The fact we allowed 2 strikers to leave and not replace either, and release an experienced centre half, and replace with a kid who cannot even make the bench was a severe dereliction of duty on Hopkins part.
