    Did you do something? After going through all the logs it seems that the reason is that his payment was waiting for validation from his card. This sometimes happens with Paypal where they have concerns about the transaction and it won't fully validate for something like 30-60 days.

    If you did something then he is most likely going to get a free year added automatically when it does validate

    I guessed it was an issue because he paid using his card , the only person I can see has done that

    So I asked him to pay again using a paypal account and alls good

    Hi, it has done the same thing again this year, i paid in april and it has taken another tenner out on june 30th??

    Can you have a look in your PayPal account and see if you have two reccuring payments setup in there. It's not being triggered at our end
