Intelligent? I'm not the one posting a rumour that you've heard nothing about with no evidence to back it up. We're not talking about a rumour of a player transfer here. You are speculating he could have committed a serious criminal offence but have nothing to back it with. Some intelligence that.

I completely disagree. Half of the reason that forums like this exist is because of peoples desire to speculate. Same with sports journalists. The issue is where people don’t make clear that their comments are purely speculation and suggest it’s true without any knowledge at all of it being so.

 

By the same token, probably best not to assume at this stage that he won't ever play for the club again.

 

I am not speculating anything. I have no evidence because its speculation (of others), as i made very clear! But again, i merely stated that i had read others were speculating, and again, if you’re inferring i said anything else, i can’t help you!

I have never been suspended from my job, so don't know what my employer would do, but I am pretty sure my colleagues would find out soon enough.

I am not saying that we need to know everything, if the Club see fit to suspend him that's fine by me.

 

I get you are just rehashing what you've seen on Twitter, but this could seriously affect his life. This isn't speculating on a transfer, mud sticks, when people are putting other allegations it will stick with him guilty or not.

I don’t believe it will affect his life in any way if it’s not true. Like Stokes being found not guilty, and now he’s back with the England squad. I’m not sure whether it’s true or not. I don’t know whether those people know whether it’s true or not. However, people are suggesting it, that part is absolute fact. Anyone with a remote bit of common sense should make that connection.
