    I'm baffled though as to how he hasn't been sentenced yet despite admiring sex with a 14 year old girl.

    My daughter is a similar age and I'd have been sentenced for my crimes against him a lot quicker than he has against this girl I'd imagine.

    The guy as well as being a pervert is a blxxdy idiot he had the makings of a decent footballer unlike others who were well known he will not get another club and in all probability his life will go down hill. I have absolutely no sympathy. Just hope the young people affected can get over what happened

    He's at an age when he could still play but can't see any club at a decent level taking a punt on him, probably not even semi-pro. Even if they can look beyond what he did he's not played in over 4 years. It was would also cause clubs a lot of issues as he will be on the register so can't see that going down well with any parents who are looking get their child to be a mascot. Best he can probably hope for is a Saturday or Sunday league side.

    To be honest the courts can not see him as much risk as he is still awaiting sentencing 6 months later

    Interesting article about this in the Atheletic. Apparently he lied from the off and tried to pin everything on his mate. Also, during the 18 months he was suspended from City before being sacked, he was paid over 100k.
