    Expect Mellor could start right wing (as he did in our good run around xmas) with Henley overlapping. Would work nicely that with power and pace.

    ONLY if someone actually wants him ....... and prepared to pay for him ?

    McCartan is the bloke who couldn't cut with City in League 1, and was then loaned to Lincoln (League 2), where he couldn't 'claim' a guaranteed start in the team. So again ......... Really ?

    A very good question, actually, @Storck@Storck
    I also doubt they will be the scatter gun approach of "Sure kid - Just bring ya boots", we've had in the past. I suspect GB will only trial those who he actually considers worth it, and affordable, in wages.

    I don't think McCarten would command a fee. I can't see anyone wanting him that much they'd be willing to pay. if he was free then there might be takers, but i don't think anyone's coming in with monetary offers.

    Here's a punt in the dark. I've heard no whispers or rumours. But a perchance. Perhaps the reason that Bowyer is not looking to sign a straight up coach to go along with new goalie guy Vaughan and Drurie, is because he's got a player/coach or player/assistant manager in mind? Could it be Killa? Please, please let it be Killa. Come back Killa!!
