It's interesting reading the ''oh paperwork'' argument. I work in an industry that had some challenges to get right post brexit but everyone is now business as usual regardless of it being UK/EU. If you or your business are still struggling your processes are clearly letting you down!

and on the subject of tomatoes.....why is it if you want to get one that tastes anything like a tomato you have to get a "taste the difference" tomato or an "extra special" tomato o_O

I will ignore the insults its a sign of immaturity or ignorance, We have the second highest amount of FDI in the world second only to the USA, The main indicator of how well the economy has just today announced record positive business activity for the UK, You are right in that the UK is drowning, Its drowning in success. The fact is that without the support of a few countries paying massive amounts in to the EU to be given to the poorest economies it would collapse in debt and break up,
The EU has desperately tried to bribe and incentivise the banks and finance intuitions to leave the UK for the EU but have so far failed

Not had anything missing/substituted from our weekley Morrison deliveries, some will moan at the littlest thing, at least we agree we as a country have "desperately grovelling to arseholes" no matter who is in power.

Yes because it is not corrupt it is a group of individual countries agreeing on trade, The EU is a political union that makes laws and collects and spends money for all members, You seem to know as much about this as you do about VAT rules :)

Mutti brand tinned tomatoes are a class above the usual ones. Worth the extra. Just saying :)

No Pepto Bismol in the UK plus other medicines according to boots, lloyds and a host of other chemists I called today in agony due to a gastritis flare up. Been none since before March. Are we blaming that on Ukraine? Covid? Too many people eating spicy food? Wonder what other major event might have caused shortages in medicine that have no shortages on the continent.

There are massive shortages round the world for many products due to manufacturing problems, As for Tomatoes the shortage is due to failure of the US crop and the price of energy with most crops grown under glass the suppliers have cut costs by growing later to cut heating costs

Nothing to do with Brexit then? 80% of our medicines are imported the vast majority come through the eu. Could the barriers we imposed on trade be impacting things or is that just make believe because you want to be right so much?
