Hey, it's fantastic that you and @Silverbantam are calling fans for not renewing.
Yet your apathetic approach under the tenure of Edin. Absolutely amazing.

Staying away is the wrong option at a critical time.
Stefan has said he'll patch up the £2m hole in the wall, but I imagine we must be close to another overspend already given we'll be in L2 with players on cushy, long term contracts.
It's patently obvious we won't be challenging for promotion next season, we'll be reduced to bringing in cast offs and gubbins from smaller teams to stay as near to budget as possible (without actually getting anywhere near) - that said, how is staying away going to help?
Genuinely concerned that those tempted to give it up as a bad job might do so for more than just the next few seasons.Silverbantam, Nick_W_ and BradfordBanter like this. -

I agree with the sentiments of Park. It is our club and support the team through thick and thin. But to suggest the club will die if fans do not buy St's. And Silverbantam, rats deserting the sinking ship?
I'm sorry but we have "fans" who call others out, yet sat on their arse ignoring the obvious problems when Edin was here, destroying the fabric of the club.
Must be just me who takes exception.Stevay_b, Rogered Tart and JonButterfield like this. -
A change in leadership behind the scenes and a return to a club with a clear and realistic strategy would naturally re-energise my love for this club. However going to games and being called a f**king pr*ck by a young idiot ain’t how I’m interested in spending my weekend and certainly not what I want to bring my little one into.Stop hovering to collapse... As for more positivity under lesser crowds... Don't remember it being like that under Lawrence, Todd, Jacko and the worst manager in my 33 years support, John Docherty to name a few. Many a moan and criticism within those times ....Bronco, Rogered Tart and RonnieBrown like this. -

They have a right to abstain from attending if they wish. Not your call to make.

At BEST, it's going to make us even less competitive than we can already expect.
I just don't see the benefit. -

And you're right, a decline in uptake is inevitable, but I'd hope that fans with the time, money, and practical means to make it to League Two games do so - the club need to take some affirmative action NOW in order to minimise the damage, as the disconnect between fans and the club in the Rahic era still seems to be there. Only positive steps are going to help bridge the divide.Silverbantam and bantamdave41 like this. -

I would never mention Stefan's name in the same critical breath as Edin Rahic. He was the manipulator, the controller, and he is 90 % to blame for the situation we are in now.Silverbantam and Morley Bantam like this. -

And what really is getting on my tits, is the free hit Stefan is getting in all this. The farce continues since Edin went, yet all goes quiet on challenging Stefan despite the dramatic collapse of our club. I want to hear from Stefan, our owner. I want to know his plans for OUR CLUB, direction, ideas but all I hear is silence.

It happened with Guiseley in the National League and split the support. A bunch of young idiots attached themselves to the Club and travelled to games. Guiseley ordinarily would take 70-100 away but these kids started appearing pissed up and on something causing trouble. Some of them I have seen at City games home and away. They smashed the seating up at Mansfield in an FA Cup tie !.
But you raise a very valid point Away days for Bradford City next season are dreadful prospects which ever way you look at it. But add in this "toxic ingrediant" plus the frustrations that "we are too big to be there" and we"ll just do what we want and it's a recipe for trouble. It's a warning worth heeding !Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...Bronco and Ollylondonbantam like this. -
If this is the cull of (mostly) cheap ticket part timers, then so be it and leave behind a crowd more positive in their efforts towards getting back up, no doubt if/when we do they’ll all be back.

I hated hearing morons abuse and betate players and managers I actually liked because we were "only" winning 1-0 and and and were "boring". Completely ruined the match day experience and made me realise how much I dislike some of the people involved in our club.
The downturn in the on field performances just added to that but it was definitely the general atmosphere around the club that started my current malaise.Bronco and Ollylondonbantam like this. -
At the end of the day, we don’t support this club because we’re glory supporters, it’s 95% slog for those 5% unreal days of Chelsea and the like, through thick and thin. If there are die hards/decade long supporters willing to wash their hands of things then let them get on with it but I don’t expect them to come rushing back when things eventually turn themselves round whenever that may be. I don’t need to tell you this, it’s bread and butter for lower league fans but we’ve had bad times before and we will again, but as supporters we’ve watched us nearly go bust, be relegated before and nearly drop out of the league not that long ago, but we’re still here, I’d hope most would stick around whatever rather than just giving up when we’re in this particular rut.Bronco and Silverbantam like this. -
