Our manager has not got the bottle to just go for it, bollocks to play offs. We are 9 points off top spot with 16 games to go and any driven manager with a burning desire to win would be chasing that spot. But to not have a right go is criminal in any sport when it's there to be had ( a chance ), just bloody go for it or sod off.

Your tactics have always been to make specific demanding statements that you then hope with all your heart the club doesn't live up to so you can then get all the attention you so obviously crave by being ultra critical.
You don't give a **** for the club, it's all about you being the centre of attention on here.
You have an ego far larger than your brain.

 

You’re spot on with the long term plan, getting a Mason or a Baldwin who type in. Look what Peter Deakin did for Bulls 25 years ago. Or even Andy Holt at Accrington. I don’t think you’ll ever get that with Rhodes, the club needs a proper figurehead. Say what you want about Edin, he had a plan, shouted about it, and put someone else’s money where his mouth was. Completely ballsed it up granted but he had a plan. Until Lawn and Rhodes got lucky with Parky, we were in the same state as now.

I think the the malaise at City and Bulls is a reflection of the decline of Bradford as a city and that’s not going to change anytime soon.

My worry is that Rupp gets so fed up he decides to sell at a knock down price and Rhodes buys it.

 

Rhodes should consider stepping away from the club for good. Not content with flogging us to a nut job and his rich mate, he is still here managing to screw us over with his dumb actions.

Bang on. You need extra special defenders (actually the whole team) to play that kind of defensive backs to the wall game for 90 minutes. We don't have that. The pressure on the defence is enormous. It now has gaping holes in it and folding to teams close to the bottom of the division. It's more like relegation form. We offer nothing going forward. Confidence is non existent. We've arrived back at last season, only this time in a lower division. Extremely worrying.

 

The first goal illustrates your point. Henley out of position with a cautious back pass to O'connor. Is that correct pass, when not under pressure? I think not.

 

Docherty at least provided us with a laugh towards the end of his tenure when the crowd booed as we passed it about a bit and then erupted in a huge cheer when it was hoofed forward.

So just because we have an owner that's ruining our club we all have to just accept it? Do you want to see conference football soon? Or the club struggling for money because the owner gives no f@cks?

See this is the problem with a lot of Bradford people they just sit back and accept the sh&te they're given. Look at what happened to Bradford Bull and now their ground is empty.

So please don't come here and moan about negativity when yesterday highlighted that the club had a lack of ambition or no direction!

If you want to hide under a rock you do so. It will be summer soon and you can put you head in the sand if you want.

I suggest to fans not to buy their season ticket under Bowyer is gone or the club starts highlighting some ambition.

You're right, there doesn't appear to be a lot to be positive about this morning after yesterday. It doesn't help when names like Grigg, Agard, Spearing and Jordy are banded about in the rumour mill because what we ended up with after that was always going to be a let down and leave us feeling, 'is that it?' If the club really wanted to get the fans back on board, get attendances up and have any hope of selling a decent amount of seasons tickets next year, they needed to show they meant business yesterday to give everyone a lift.
In trying to look at the positives, we have got rid of some players that clearly didn't want to be here and may well have been disrupting the dressing room. That could potentially make a massive difference as long as the players still here do want to be here and want to fight for each other out on the pitch. I hope the players we've brought in also want to be here and do well for us - they are players that have come from clubs with little or no chance of promotion so they should be well up for giving it a right good go now they are at a club where that is still possible. I will continue to support the players and live in hope we all get the promotion we so badly want but if we do, one thing you can guarantee is it won't be pretty to watch.

It really shouldn't be a difficult job to motivate a group of players to go for it when you are in the position we are in at this point in the season. Why then does it feel like Bowyer is making really hard work of it?

 

I agree but if we are going start this turn around it had to start today at Oldham IMO.
