Think need to lower expectations

Maybe the right/wrong thread but I think it relates to expectations.

We're are being run by an owner who's current financial commitment to BCAFC amounts to Operational costs and not much beyond. Its prob time we get to grips with that and stop imagining some "Sugar Daddy" scenario, or what would be an amazing January window, If only he would throw some of his millions our way.

His initial investment tanked, his partner was an actual fraud and he's stuck with Bradford City under his name as a CO.

Please sell and please someone buy. Barring luck we are gonna be in league two for another decade.

 

AFC Bury, (or is it Bury AFC) are the pheonix Club, are in North West Counties league one I believe, one below Macclesfield. They play at Rawtenstall as they can't use Gigg Lane because it's owned by Steve Dale who owns Bury FC, they are still dormant and likely to remain so.

There's no chance of the pheonix club getting into the football league anytime soon.

Fair comment, I didn't know about this. However as Macclesfield were only allowed into the NW Counties Premier league less than a year after reforming, and with the full clout of a multi millionaire behind them, I doubt Bury will be allowed into the National League, National League North or NPL so the best than hope for is level 9 which is the same as Macc.

 

The club fullfill all my expectations. I expect nothing but crap week in week out and that is exactly what i get.
