Excellent post FB but just now seen footage of the "offending " item, seems it was captured on previous footage and I have to say, I can see why someone thought it was a noose. Just waiting for the segment to feature.

Here you go, the picture of the rope. I think it's fairly obvious how it could have been seen as a noose, rather than just a rope handle.Clearly not a hate crime as FB mentions above but I suspect, given the location and symbolism, that we might not have heard the last of it.
