Try logging in using Google chrome rather than safari or vice versa

Just to be sure I've run the site through 5 different site checkers and they all passed it as clean (One said there was a potentially suspicious file but it was one of the theme files and I doubled checked the one on the server against the original and they are identical so that's just a false positive)

Is it still doing it or did you find a cause of it?

Try rebooting your phone and see if that fixes it. Based on Park Bantams comment I'm wondering if something is being deployed via an external site and is hijacking a certain page element here (maybe the ad code) and triggering the popup and rebooting is clearing the cookie or cached item that's delivering the payload.

Yeah, i don't have anything bookmarked or saved. Its only this site that it does it on but only on my phone. Don't have the problem on my mac or amazon fire tablet. End up with exactly the same thing that @Nottsy posted.

Do a full reboot just to see if it clears it up. If it works not only does it give us a confirmed fix to give to people but it helps narrow down what it could be

Whats a full reboot on an iphone? I’m pretty thick when it comes to stuff like phones.

Hold down the power button and after a few seconds you will get a page saying 'Slide across to power off'. When its fully powered off just hold the power button again until it starts to boot back up

I'll browse the site on my phone for a bit, see if that does the trick.
