    A waste of train tickets for tomorrow. £60 down the pan.

    Not a fault of the club but I won't be committing to any football activities for the immediate future

    Sounds like load of blokes like Warlock from Die Hard 4.0, sat in the dark in their basements , bashing on their keyboards, racking up huge leccy bills and never engaging in society :)

    Certainly not any more than Bradford and the surrounding area. As I mentioned Surrey and Hampshire is a place where due to the Armed forces links and also the proximity of London there is a real mix of people from around the country. As I've said before I was born in Cumbria, moved to the Manchester area when I was around 2 and then we moved to Farnborough in Hampshire at around 8 and spent the rest of my school and uni days in the area and the mix of people was fairly significant. Aldershot was next door which calls itself the Home of The British Army so I had school friends who were Army kids who were from Newcastle, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds, Cardiff to name a few. Then there were the kids of people whose parents had moved just like my Dad because their job had moved to the London area and these were also from all around the county and not just around the country but from abroad as well. As I said there is a lot of displaced people from their original home town/city and too far away to regularly go and watch their main team who they could appeal to with the easy transport links and who they could convert with the right project.

    Some of that energy waste does get blown out of proposition. Certainly in the west a lot of the data centres that the mining rigs are housed in pull a lot of their electricity from renewables. It's the miners in China that really make it look bad but China has been cracking down on Crypto (Well apart from their own governmentally controlled one) so energy usage from non-renewables has fallen a fair bit

    Have all the usual media hacks been given a brief today?
    All releasing articles around a similar time and all with the same theme. New reported interested party are not to be trusted?

    Where is that coming from? Seems to be lead from the club?

    As the place of my Birth and having spent countless times up there on Holiday visiting relatives I can tell you it's a fairly short day. The castle is maybe of some interest and maybe the McVities factory if you like your biscuits :)

    Atleast last time I was up there which was at least a decade ago the shopping options isn't too bad I suppose

    It was a little tongue in cheek but if you’ve already for your train tickets I’d use them as Dave has. We could soon be in a . Lockdown with no football so worth it
    Even just for a pub lunch and a bit of shopping

    Bring it on I say. We are in the bottom half of league two with owner who gives no fecks.

    The great thing about crypto is that its new, its volatile and its hear to stay. If you dont understand the ledger tech behind it then be assured its very robust. It is true that you can lose money on crypto but the tech behind it will change finance and those who say no are just old and scared.

    This will plough money into bradford city, even if we go bust, we may do so in a higher league and see a new investor come in. It has to be better than shitting ourselves that its non-league football next year. Season after season of dross and depression.

    Crypto and NFTs will make us the money and give us an edge. Bring us into the modern world and potentially even more investment.

    Ive not read any of the thread so apologies if this has already been said. But if you have ever wanted fan ownership. If you ever wanted to own a stake in the club. NFTs are a way to do this. It could be a fan owned club, the first true fan owned club in the world. I think.

    In the early days that would be pretty accurate but most of the big players these days like the Winklevoss twins (Yes the two rowers from the Social Network, the ones who sued Zuckerberg for stealing the idea) are more likely to be found on a yacht paid for by their bitcoin returns while their rigs work away in a data centremaking them millions more each day
