    RE Lee Power, isn’t he still chairman of Swindon?

    He was on Can’t Pay Take It Away on Channel 5 several years ago - after Swindon failed to pay!

    I bet he has some tales, like. He owned The Racing Plus newspaper (now defunct but used to be out every weekend) and owns a string of racehorses and landed some big gambles - one in Ireland in a race called the Troytown. Balbriggan I think it was called. Talking serious money won.

    He must still have brass as it costs over 20k a year to train a horse and football club ownership isn’t cheap.

    That article says he was a football agent too! Fingers in many pies it seems!
