    It looks like it's over the line to me and there's 20+ Sunderland fans saying it was a goal so it strikes me that people are more surprised it wasnt given.

    Definitely robbed today, but still a bit disappointed with energy and fitness levels not up to recent standards, but we certainly weren't bad today, should have had a point..

    That's when he's already grabbed it. It was a little further ahead just before that, then he pushed it back onto/over the line only to knee it in again!

    Gutted for the lads today. They did terrific.

    Doesn't look like it there to me. But watching it on iFollow it definitely crossed the line. There was clear grass visible between the line and the ball.
    Four big calls today. The first penalty shout, the potential handball in the box, the goal that wasn't given and the possible red card. All went against us. Definitely not our lucky day.

    Stadium of light will have goal line technology but wouldn't be switched on as it's only legible for premier league and championship, bloody lino bottled it in front of 45,000...

    Sounds odd following a defeat but I think it could have been boosted by that performance and ad to it the sense of injustice they'll be feeling.

    Also doesn't help that goalie's gloves are same colour as the ball & it looks like they are between the line and the ball. ( And even then it's still over).
    Unfortunately, we've just got to suck it up!!
