If he stops us from being relegated into the toilet league he can dance down the touch line waving his todger at the main stand

It’s no wind up. Likewise, I despair of post like yours!! Let’s bring in Mary Fecking Poppins to ease us gently into non league oblivion!!

I could think of a lot better. His track record is mediocre at best.

What I don’t get is so many people saying our club has gone backwards and it’s lost what it means to be Bradford. However when your down, the worst thing to then do is drop your standards and morals. They are what make you as a person or a club. We must stay strong as a club even if what is going on, on the pitch is poor.

2006! Actually twelve years ago! http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/lincolnshire/6116660.stm

Then there is this in 2012 https://www.theguardian.com/football/2012/sep/10/rotherham-steve-evans-ban-fine

    2018 https://www.peterboroughtoday.co.uk/sport/football/posh/peterborough-united-manager-banned-from-the-technical-area-1-8720383

Seems like he can’t move on, that he is stuck in a dysfunctional pattern of behaviour.

    So No!

Let's go the whole hog. Evans as manager. New owner, Owen Oyston or Philip Green. We need a winger, Adam Johnson gets out soon. Cardinal George Pell for club chaplain.

I think fatty Evans is a competent manager and his abrasiveness often brings results, However in our circumstances he is not what we need as he splits opinion to far, The next manager must be one the vast majority of fans can get behind, After all that has gone on we need to heal the wounds of the past and try to bring the club together to have any chance of getting our club back

Why do you have to be so abrasive? It was a honest question from me not a statement of fact or an attack on what you said. Robbie Fowler coaches at the Liverpool academy but it's an informal arrangement and his last official involvement with a club was back in 2013. Whereas Paul Scholes has been involved a lot more recently at Man Utd as a first team coach and involved with Salford. So my comment still stands, are his contacts still relevant and up to date? plus Lets be fair the reputations of Scholes and Fowler are like chalk and cheese but that may be unfair to judge their ability of a coach

Clubs crying out for structure. You bring in Parky, you get Steve Parkin, Lee Butler and Nick Allenby to boot. Similar under McCall with Kenny Black, extending up to Greg Abbott. Needs considering when appointing new manager.

With respect to Jones, Fowler, Blake etc who comes in to support them?

Sorry it's the same old stuff regurgitated you'd think @Fordy117@Fordy117 is the only fan who's hurting.
He comments (I would seriously consider a Stephen Warnock, a Gary Jones. A Fowler, A Kewell e.g. An ex player because the board need telling now) that is the biggest gamble ever, its possibly second only to the Rahic decision to appoint Collins.

Apart from Kewell the rest havent been in any managerial position, I'm not sure what they would offer.
The next managment appointment doesn't have to be on a long term contract, if the applicants are wanting to try and get us out of trouble they have to understand they will be judged on how they perform and will then (if sucsessful) be offered a longer contract.

No. Nothing to do with his antics, he's just not a very good manager. Better options available and interested.

Not because of history, purely because I don’t think he’s suited to the job at hand.

70 - 30 against - so with the state of democracy in this country he'll be in charge for Saturday and a ST will cost about 175 Euros.

I've read two similar threads now and I'm still not quite clear on your position. Is that a 'no' then?
