Our signings are not that great barring one or 2.

 

I've moved us up to 8. We could make few more signings but I also think we will sell one or two.

Doesn't matter what they 'will' sign, AKA, 'might' sign, matters what they 'HAVE' signed.

Can only judge their squad on the players they have, not the players they don't have.

 

The point is that I doubt any of us can name any other squad in the division, never mind go through them all, compare them and list 7 that are better.

This is league two not the PL and right now, if we're honest, pretty much everyone could easily finish in pretty much every position in the league table. It'll be a good few months before we start working out which teams have the most cohesion and look the strongest.

The gym I go to was packed when it reopened and now half full.

People buzzing football is back has nothing to do with the the bang average signings we have made. It’s not marketing at all. Crowds will get lower come September/October.

Adams is the best signing we have made. This squad isn’t going up though we need better quality.

Stood out when we played them twice last season. Not being racist, but maybe it was Songo - they look similar players. Always thought him, or Songo looked like a much better version of Hope Akpan. Big, leggy, a bit nasty, but in these two cases, some skill thrown in. Good signing. And I agree with everyone else - another striker, and we look like we're getting there.
