Lets be honest all a protest at this present moment will achieve is more negativity..... scare off future January signings, scare away potential investors & generally p*ss off people who own the club.
There has been no change since the window shut, an apology issued and statements saying backing will be given in January - not sure what has got worse that the Chairman can deal with or change right now.......

Edin's fault

 

Maybe not sack him but perhaps an agreement reached that he leaves? I don't know and it's probably just wishful thinking but the fact that today's statement has come from Rupp alone seems significant, especially given that Edin is currently in Germany. The wording of the tweet from the club announcing the statement is interesting as well;
"Stefan Rupp has spoken of HIS support for head coach David Hopkin, insisting the @officialbantams boss has the full backing of THE CLUB.
Anybody reading it that didn't know we have joint chairmen would be none the wiser that we do would they?

 

We all understood what their intentions were when they came, they weren't going to change things yet Phil told Edin to stick his vision with regards Edins comments about him having coaching badges and knowing football I'm sure most knew why he'd refused to stay under those conditions.
They then got lucky when Julian and I believe James Mason suggested trying Stuart McCall as he was not in work at te time, the following 10 months must have felt like they actually did know football they had found themselves being adored by thousands of Bradford City at Fleetwood and similarly at Wembley.
Then we find out about the unrest behind the scenes after the Wembley game, I have to ask why did Edin feel he needed to get involved more, when things were going as well as could be expected, we know it was his dream but his dream has got us to the position we find ourselves now and because of that alone I could never forgive Edin for being so pig headed, so I find any sort of support for these owners difficult to understand.
1, Because one has been far to involved with day to day stuff including football matters.
2, Because the other either doesn't seem to care and only gets involved when things get s****y and then offers his/their apologies.
With regards infrastructure that could have been done over a period of a few season, unfortunately the pitch was a problem they couldn't ignore, credit for the things they have introduced ticketing, merchandising being brought back in house, and hearing next season possibly bringing hospitality back in house all things that should take Edin's full attention.

Sorry to say, but that only enables the problem to continue.

And its what will stop our fan base really effecting change. The routine of going is so ingrained in peoples lives, that they won't give it up.

Clearly February will be decision time for many. Hopefully, season ticket sales will drop to 6k and the owners will have a very clear message.

Boycotting at the minute is passive and apathetic, serves no use. Attending and displaying your dissatisfaction with the current regime sends a message. He could spin so many fans aren't attending because there's a small, nasty element going to games scaring the women and children as well. Go, try to get behind the team, but show your antipathy towards him in charge.
