Indeed Mr Gibb would be pushed to get a better return for the pension fund but if City were to move out for whatever reason the lands not the most valuable I can think of Its a two way street he needs the club as much as the club needs him rumours of a return to a shared revitalized Odsal won't be music t his ears

You are opening a whole can of worms there for lots of different reasons not least we don't have an owner willing to build us our own ground
My point was the land that VP s built on isn't the most valuable and if (and it's a big if) we were to move out Mr Gibb has more to lose but that's all depending on he deal negotiated by Mr Rhodes and i won't hold my breath on that one

the new Plough Lane cost £32 million, excluding land and holds less than 10k. So a new decent sized stadium in Bradford you are probably talking over £40m that would have to be found plus the elusive piece of land
