    Well I voted for 10,000 to 12000. Just hoping we can drop into league 2 with that amount of fans, and then build throughout the season. It might be a tad optimistic but who knows. I just want us to start winning matches again.

    All my family renewing. Quick chat with people sat around us on Saturday, and they were all renewing too

    Talking to a lad at work who didnt renew last summer because of the way the club was run by Rahic, he has renewed for next season, so thats at least 1 fan returning despite relegation

    Got mine this morning, apparently 7000 sold so far with 700 renewing yesterday, so things improving and I’m sure there’ll be a surge as the week develops.

    Tried to buy a Flexi rather than renew my season ticket, only can see where you renew the season ticket, anyone having/had this problem?.

    You can not change from flexi to st or the other way online.

    Have a look here at the FAQs. Buying a flexi or changing from a ST to a flexi are both covered towards the bottom of the page ..

    Although having read the FAQs, there were two guys in the kiosk queue last Saturday complaining about having to visit VP to change from a ST to a flexi! So who really knows?

    This can be done - but due to the settings of the online system, it can't be done via the ticket website.

    To get your flexi card and secure your seat;
    1. Call the ticket office on 01274 770012 with your payment details and membership number or;
    2. Visit the ticket office
    If lines are busy you can email for a call back;
    • Email; ticketingsupport@bradfordcityfc.co.uk
    • Use the Subject line: Season Ticket Purchase
    • Include Your name, your membership number (if applicable), contact phone number, the best time to call and a brief description of your enquiry, eg "I'd like to renew my Adult season ticket in the West Stand, Block B, Row 9 seat 12"
    Please be patient with the team. They're working flat out.

    Thanks for your understanding and support.

    NOTE:

    Our lines are incredibly busy with record renewals every day this week. To cope with the demand, we've just announced extended opening hours for the ticket office;

    EXTENDED OPENING HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    Thursday (April 11) - 9.00am - 7.00pm

    Friday (April 12) - 9.00am - 7.00pm

    Saturday (April 13) - 9.00am - 5.00pm

    Sunday (April 14 - ‘Our City’ Season Ticket Deadline Day) - 9.00am - 5.00pm

    Sounds like a busy and encouraging week Glenn.

    Been down to the ticket office today myself to renew 5 tickets. The prospect of league 2 football has not put us off!

    Are there any plans to extend the deadline Glenn?

    Yeah, i called the ticket office as i got my season ticket online but would not let me get a flexicard for the seat next to me online, despite clicking the right boxes.
    A good sign the ticket office is busy.

    That appears to be a contradictory message you're now sending to people who wish to purchase a flexi ticket. Your own faq page on the club website says quite clearly that flexi tickets can be purchased online or can be swapped from a current season ticket (See post #732 for the link). It's confusing for everybody when there are two different messages about the same issue especially when the 'new' flexi ticket is currently being relaunched.. Can you sort this out and if the faq page is incorrect, get it changed?

    These kinds of messages do nothing to promote the club as anything other than amateurish when it comes to selling certain kinds of tickets and I'm sure that's not the image which the club wishes to project. By making it clear how to buy tickets, especially flexis for the infrequent supporter, may create a few more sales.

    See quite a few blocks on the season ticket purchasing page are now showing as not available. Must have sold a fair few over the past few days since I last had a gander!
