    Same here - we’re in the kop, same block, but row D. A bit too far forward for my liking, especially in inclement weather, but we’ll see how it goes.
    Hopefully we can go back to “normal” seats next season.

    Eventually discovered that I am Amber, I think it was a sequenced disclosure of the allocated seats. Next the club will need to clarify which games are allocated to the two groups. I hope to be able to take some breaks and if possible I would avoid dates, when an Amber match was scheduled.

    If it is alternate matches, then easy to understand. However if it becomes a more uneven split with perhaps 2 or 3 games in a row, in one group, it could become quite messy. The fixtures will not change, the only thing that could alter is if there are postponements. Personally I think it makes sense to identify them now. Supporters will have a clearer picture and be able to make plans.

    It will not be a straight alternate between them due to weekend or Tuesday split.

    plus with postponements over winter before we Tr allowed back in they will be best to wait

    So we have sold about 10,000 tickets plus people from the clubs journalists etc, stadium holds about 25,000. What if when the announcement finally comes they say we can only have maximum 20% in? Do we go to Claret, Amber and White and reissue everything?

    Prophet of Doom Fordy was asking for a statement from the club based on some hearsay in the Daily Mail last week.

    Well it seems like there is an update and talks are taking place according to this piece on the BBC website.

    The figure being quoted is 1/3 full.

    Here is a letter from MPs talking about the return of spectators at elite sporting events, dated only yesterday but still pushing for a 1st October date.

    there is also a report in the Times that says the limit will be 2,500 or lower depending on loca infection rates, in which VP is screwed

    Info from work.... Gov’t aiming to get 10,000 in sports grounds by weekend of 24/25 Oct.

    Not sure of the exact ins and outs (eg whether mass testing will be up and running by then, and you’ll have to prove a negative test) but 10k is the aim. Will keep my ears open.

    Not sure where you work, however lots of talk in media about a second lockdown next month if the current spike doesn't reverse quickly.

    In my opinion there is no chance of Valley Parade being allowed to host anywhere near the targeted 7000 fans
