Fans infighting it's like Bowyer days all over again.

Bradford fans would be fighting each other if allowed to watch the club right now.

McCall has to go for the good of the club.

Cut McCall some slack or you might end up getting battered is certainly a new one from the pro McCall brigade! :joy:

Christ. Imagine using the same line of defence for Bowyer, Hopkin, Grayson etc. Just wouldn’t happen would it?

Hahhaha so what if he comes face to face with someone who takes offence at him slagging the club off. The club is a absolute joke. A mess from top to bottom. If you have a problem with that then stay off the forum. You clearly aren't grown up enough to accept freedom of speech.
Maybe one day you'll come face to face with someone who takes offence at your constant defending of the club....

I didnt watch the match, and turned off the radio at half time, but it is telling reading Simon Parker's ratings that he has given O'Donnell the MOTM with a rating of 6

Fair enough Broncs but they were missing 3 including Darren Gibson who beat us on his own last time.

It's a tragedy that we have so few players who we could build off in our squad. This in itself creates a logistical nightmare for turning things around. Beginning to agree with those who allude to the fact that we have to tread water for this season and then, when contracts run out, clear the decks and rebuild (again). Rupp's ambition has to manifest itself one way or another as to the direction we take.We cannot limp on as we are at present.

First time in about 3 years, I’ve looked at my watch and not rushed back to put the tv on. Saw the goal updates and just groaned. I’m presuming we weren’t in with a shout at all? Samuels missed a sitter? Seeing those subs coming on, would hardly have worried Salford. Such a weak, weak squad.

The Samuel effort just about summed us up easier to score than miss yet he did, not suggesting it would have made a lot of difference but from our miss they go up the field and should have scored their 3rd goal and kill the game off but we didn't have to wait long before that happend, game over as we had nothing on the bench that could change anything.

But 4 of those have been playing recently and we were still poor, not counting Southend and Tonbridge

    Exeter City, poor ?.

    Tonbridge Angels, poor?.

    Southend United, poor ?.

You cant pick and choose those were are last 3 games and we performed well in them with Clarke, Cooke and Hosannah all playing some suggesting even with a makeshift striking partnership we were looking better, I'm not saying we would have beaten Salford but I would suggest we would have been more of a threat.

So we had 5 missing and they had 3 missing, so on a balance we were two players shorter than them, that shouldn’t make a real difference

That would suggest the players who filled in for Salford's injuries were better than the players who filled in for our injured players, but that is down to us relying on kids because McCall preferred a small tight squad.

Why does it not suit us, We have full backs he keeps trying to make in to wing backs even though obvious they struggle playing the system and 4 centre backs to choose from?

We will have to disagree, our full backs are decent as full backs, It is having to play as wing backs that give us problems because if they do not get back we have wide open spaces for the opposition to exploit, There is a reason that the majority of successful sides play 4 at the back and that is because it works at helping keep a blank scoresheet.
